Marco Filippo Shop is an online store for AJAX alarm and security systems. By accessing the site and purchasing products, the buyer accepts the conditions listed below.
Orders and prices
All prices shown in the store are expressed in denars, with an indicative conversion to a foreign currency. The seller reserves the right to change prices and product availability at any time, without this affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment methods
At the moment, orders are paid on delivery (cash on delivery). The buyer is informed of the total amount before the order is finalised.
Delivery
The store makes every effort to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the buyer’s location.
Right to complaint and return
The buyer has the right to file a complaint if the product is delivered damaged or does not match what was ordered, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection regulations in North Macedonia. To do so, the buyer should contact us at admin@marcofilippo.com within a reasonable period after receiving the shipment.
Limitation of liability
The store is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or by use of the products contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions (AJAX Systems).
